Today was a running day. I got dressed and walked the kids to the bus stop. I started my run from there. It was too cold. I wanted to go fast to warm up but my ankle had other ideas. So, my run involved a lot of walking. I did the route I always do — up the hill, around the development above me two times, down the hill, through my development in a figure 8 and back home. It’s about 2.5 miles and takes about 30 minutes. Same route, or should I say “rut”? Today I used my Nike+ Running GPS App. It tracks your distance, time, minutes per mile (speed) and calorie burn. Here’s how I did:

Thanks! My smoothies are usually made up of whatever’s in the fridge. I try to include something frozen, something leafy/green and something probiotic.
