I went running today. Outside. It’s been 44 days since I did that. 58 days since I ran regularly. So, I felt good about getting out there. So good that I started thinking. This tends to happen when I’m exercising. Some kind of brain chemistry thing that increases inspiration. I thought, “What if I wrote about my fitness/health pursuits on my blog? What if other women did too and we, like helped each other? We could share and encourage each other.” These bursts of positive thought are usually followed promptly by … absolutely nothing. By the time I’ve gotten home, scarfed down scrambled eggs with spinach and goats milk cheese crumbles, I’ve forgotten all about my grand ideas.

But, what if I did. Would you join me?
