This is a snapshot of last month. By the way, it isn’t what was planned, but what was planned and actually happened. If I missed a workout or did something different, I changed it on the calendar.

It’s interesting to note, it was March 10th when I started the Let’s Get Fit series. It’s obviously been motivating me.

It’s pretty cool to look back and see my progress. Things come up and get in the way of plans — work, kids, snow — but the more you plan it, the more you do it. And, the more you do it, the more you do it. That probably sounds dumb, but it’s true. At least for me.
