Mondays I do “Ultimate Dumbbell”.

I love Mondays! I love them because they usually mean I get back to my normal schedule. The kids were back to school after Easter vacation and I was looking forward to burning off all that extra Easter ham.

All I can say about today’s class was, “I did it”. Of course it was challenging and all that but what I really want to tell you is that I got up, I got dressed and I worked out. I did it because I’m in the habit of doing it. I don’t question it.
